How can I schedule a tour?

• We’d be happy to schedule a tour after submitting a completed application! If you would like to tour before applying, you can use the "find a realtor" tool on our website to schedule with any outside realtor before applying! Check out your options for scheduling a tour HERE!

What is your credit score requirement?

• Minimum Credit score of 600

• Credit scores between 600-679 will require a cosigner or a deposit of 2 x the monthly rental rate.

• If more than one individual is applying for a property, we will average the credit scores together and combine incomes. Any score of 599 or below is an automatic denial.
